Sundance Film Festival kicked off last night in Historic Park City, Utah. Congratulations to Scandia 360 General Contractor on the completion of the Old Town Duplex in time to rent the luxurious 4-bedroom units to these film-goers. Maggie Matthes commissioned Mr. Mather in 2006 for the challenging architecture but construction was held off until 2009. Mr. Mather worked with Gary Davis Group for structural engineering upon receiving approvals through Park City Municipal Corp for a Variance, Historic District Compliance, and Special Use Permit.
